Mcintosh 4100 Receiver For Sale

Offered for auction by original owner is a high quality 100 watts per channel McIntosh MAC 4100 solid state stereo receiver in walnut grained cabinet with silver front panel. Sniper fury cheats windows 10 pc. Serial number is BY8340, was made in USA and purchased in Feb. 1983 for slightly more than $2,000. The MAC 4200 is a mean-lookin' motha. The menacingly-dark faceplate, black pushbuttons, and large red LED tuner window give this unit a real Darth Vadar feel. This is in stark contrast to the white and silver purity of the MAC 4100. This is what the 1980's did to gear design, and even McIntosh decided to follow suit with their receivers. Surah rehman para no.

  1. A quality stereo receiver can be a building block of any home audio system. It has the ability to tune into your favorite radio stations, switch between sources, and deliver amplified sound to your speakers. McIntosh stereo receivers are designed, engineered and built with the same high standards as all of our products.
  2. Page 1 THE MCINTOSH MAC 4100 RECEIVER Price $2.00 Reading Time: 48 Minutes.; Page 2 HAZARD, DO NOT EXPOSE THIS UNIT TO RAIN OR MOISTURE. The Mclntosh you have purchased is a Model MAC 4100. It has a serial number located on the rear panel of the chassis. Record that serial number here: Serial Number The model, serial number and purchase date are im- portant to you for any future service.
  3. Due to the overwhelming amount of positive comments I received when posting my review of the Pioneer SX-1980, I feel that I owe it to the inmates at A2 a review of the McIntosh 4100 receiver. It sounds really, really, really good. Better than the SX-1980, and thats saying a lot.

I was hoping to maybe sneak this home without anyone else noticing. Nope-it's been noticed. My $4 bid didn't get very far.

That should go for quite a lot more than the $190something it's at now.

Sold for $235. Still a pretty good deal. If I was the high bidder, I'd have them ship just the receiver to me. Screw the tape deck and CD player., they can keep those.

Eh.. I wouldn't exactly sweat it. Not really a great example of the brand or the best era either.

For those truly in-the-know and not merely casual observers, it was a very good deal!

You can hardly buy a midrange Marantz or Pioneer for that much now that flippers have taken over.

Complete steal. One of, if not the, finest vintage receivers around.
